MSBC / MBC Information

The University of Florida M.E. Rinker Sr., School of Building Construction is accredited as having one of the best Graduate programs for schools of it's kind. It is the only school in the U.S. to offer a Doctoral Degree in Building Construction which entails a student to completely understand every feasible aspect of construction.

The graduate program offers advanced instruction in planning and scheduling, construction management, cost control, high rise construction, materials, techniques, and structural concepts.

To be eligible for admission, a student must hold a four year undergraduate degree in building construction or its equivalent in related fields. Students with deficiencies in these related fields may need longer residence for the master's degree, as they will be required to take specified basic courses to provide a foundation for the advanced courses.
