Acceptance to the
Undergraduate Program
requires completion of all lower-division requirements (including general education, or A.A. Degree, and completion of all prerequisite courses.) The School of Building Construction accepts the top 60 students each fall and spring semester for undergraduate studies, based on grade point average.

Graduate
The
Graduate Program
accepts students who have a bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Administration, or Architecture from an accredited college with an upper-division GPA of at least 3.0 and a score of 1000 total for the verbal and quantitative sections of the General Test of the General Record Examination. A TOEFL score of 550 is required of applicants whose native language is not English.

Doctoral
Eligibility into the program requires an undergraduate degree in construction or a related field like construction management, architecture, engineering, management or other construction related field. In addition the candidate must have fully completed and received their Masters by the time they enter the Doctoral program.
