Introduction to Construction Materials, Graduate Construction Techniques, Estimating I, and Philosophy of Inquiry

EDUCATION: Doctor of Philosophy . Degree awarded August 2007, University of Florida; Masters of Building Construction . Degree awarded December 2001; Masters of the Arts in Mass Communications - Degree awarded August 1990; Bachelor of Science in Advertising - Degree awarded April 1988

FIELDS: Emphasis on sustainable construction estimating and techniques and worker productivity training. Teaching interests include techniques, estimating, and project management. Consulting and contracting interest involve USGBC LEED based initiatives as well as waste diversion/recycling.

EMPLOYERS: Project Manager, Contract Manager, and Statistician. University of Florida (2003), Clark Construction (2001), Hines (2001), University of Florida (1995).

PUBLICATIONS: Several conference proceedings and grant submittals. Current grant award focuses on construction waste diversion.

MEMBER: United States Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Accredited Professional, Heart of Florida Chairman for Emerging Green Builders, and Green Advantage Certified.
