ALUMNI & FRIENDS - Distinguished Alumnus Award:

This award is given annually to a graduate of the School who has graduated a minimum of ten (10) years prior to award. Nominee must have distinguished himself/herself since graduation in a construction field and have demonstrated consistent support of the School since graduation. Nominee’s recognition may be on a local, regional, national, or international basis. The award is presented during the Spring College of Design, Construction and Planning Awards Ceremony.

Anyone may nominate an individual that they feel is qualified for consideration. The person nominating an individual will be responsible for obtaining a minimum of three (3) additional letters from those knowledgeable of the nominee’s qualifications. Nomination Letters are encouraged to be from a cross section of construction community (e.g. owners, Lenders, Designers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers). A Master Plaque identified as the “Distinguished BCN Alumnus Award” is prominently displayed in the award case at the entrance of the School.
