Harbin Institute of Technology, University of Florida, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Florida International University, National University of Singapore, Purdue University, and University of Salford formed a strategic partnership and are co-organizing the 13^th Rinker Conference in conjunction with the World Conference on Construction and Real Estate Management, ICCREM 2006. This conference is a continuation of ICCREM series which have been held annually since 2003. The conference venue will be Orlando, Florida, USA.

Papers in the 2003 and 2004 conference proceedings are included in the ISTP (Index to Scientific & Technical Proceedings) database. Papers in the 2005 conference proceedings are in the process of being included in the ISI Web of Knowledge database.

The conference will be attended by several prominent figures from the international construction and real estate industries, who will be presenting papers and addressing diverse issues pertaining to the collaboration and development in construction and real estate.
